The Orlando Gift Show is a wholesale trade show for professional retail buyers only. The Orlando Gift Show is not open to the general public.
In order to maintain the wholesale nature of our shows the following information will be required for buyers upon check-in and even though you receive your badges in advance, you must validate them at the registration desk to gain entry to the show.
To validate the BUSINESS you must present TWO (2) of the following:
* Business License
* Tax ID Certificate
* Company Check
* Company Credit Card
* Company Letterhead
* Copy of Vendor Invoice
Each STAFF MEMBER must also validate their badge by providing their Personal Photo ID and ONE (1) of the following:
* Personalized Business Card
* Pay Stub/Copy of Recent Paycheck
* Copy of W2
* Company Credit Card with Personal Name and Business Name on the card
If a staff member cannot produce proper business credentials associating them with the company, they may gain entry to the show as a GUEST, and will be subject to pay a $20 guest fee.
Please Note: Registration is FREE to qualified buyers. There is a $20 GUEST FEE for anyone that cannot provide the documentation needed above to register them as a buyer. A guest must be accompanied by a registered buyer. Children regardless of age, are also subject to a guest fee.
In keeping with the wholesale nature and intent of the show, the sale of merchandise for delivery at point of sale are expressly limited to the Orlando Cash & Carry Show. No sample buying will be permitted in the Orlando Gift Show.
To maintain the professional environment of the show, children under the age of 14 and strollers are strongly discouraged. Show management may disallow the admittance of children at its own discretion.
The photography of any exhibit is expressly prohibited without the written consent of the exhibitor.
